CrossRummy ("the Game") is owned and operated by Trilight Studios, Inc. ("Trilight Studios," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using CrossRummy.
Depending on how accounts are implemented, we may collect information such as a username, email address, authentication information, and profile information you choose to provide.
We may collect gameplay information such as scores, rankings, match history, achievements, unlocked themes and rewards, AI progress, and player preferences.
If you use social features, we may store friend relationships, invitations, in-game messages, and friend leaderboard information. If you invite someone by email, that email address may be used to send or facilitate the invitation.
Purchases made through Apple are processed by Apple. Trilight Studios does not receive or store your full payment card information. We may receive transaction confirmation information needed to deliver purchased content.
If enabled, CrossRummy may send push notifications for turns, friend invitations, match updates, game announcements, and similar game-related events. You can disable notifications in your device settings.
CrossRummy may collect diagnostic and analytics information such as crash reports, device type, operating system version, and general feature usage to improve stability and gameplay. This section should be updated to identify any specific analytics or crash-reporting providers used by the final release.
CrossRummy does not currently state that it displays third-party advertising. If third-party advertising is introduced, this Privacy Policy should be updated before that functionality is released.
CrossRummy is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, remove it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts and game progress, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us using the information below. If account deletion is available directly inside the app, this section should be updated to explain that process.
CrossRummy may interact with third-party services such as the Apple App Store, Apple In-App Purchases, Apple Push Notification Service, and other backend, analytics, or multiplayer providers used in the final release. Those services may have their own privacy policies.
CrossRummy may be available internationally. Information may be processed in countries where Trilight Studios or its service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice when appropriate.
